I am so passionate about this topic because I see so often, we are prioritizing productivity over wholeness, and it’s one of the reasons why despite being one of the richest, most developed countries in the world, we have some of the poorest health outcomes.

We are humans meant to nurture our entire selves: mind, body and spirit. We should treat our bodies well, feed our minds and keep them just as healthy as our bodies, and nurture our spirits.
